Jawa Timur Indonesian Government Site Hacked?

Several Jawa Timur Indonesian Government website was hacked for secondly
This assault cause one of the site has been suspended
See this site http://www.jatimprov.go.id

The attacker that known as Eagle Eye has launch it at early morning at 2.00 a.m on 24/01/2013
This assault can cause Jawa Timur down and down
All that site hacked because of one site that are very low security
The first attack is by using LFI ( Local File Inclusion ) has broke the site
and subsequently using symbolic links

In that morning Eagle Eye has defacing 4 sites and found one of the virgin sites
And this attack continued untill 25/01/2013
The hacked sites increasing untill 8 sites in row

Eagle Eye says that he just want to testing the security
Admin can take it back
And do not hunt him
